Everything sold on gautamrahul.com is a digital product delivered instantly. Because files can't be "returned" once downloaded, we handle refunds case by case — but we always want you to be happy with what you bought.
01Digital products
Once a product has been downloaded, sales are generally final. Please read the product page and FAQ carefully before buying, and email us if you're unsure whether something will work for you.
02When we will refund
- Faulty files — the product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same product twice.
- Not delivered — you paid but never received access, and we can't resolve it.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
03How to request a refund
Email hello@gautamrahul.com with your order number (it starts with GR-), the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help us fix things faster.
04Processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your licence and download access for that product end once the refund is issued.
