- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We only receive a confirmation and the last few digits, never your full card or UPI details.
- Newsletter — your email address, if you sign up.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, collected in aggregate to improve the site.
02How we use it
- To deliver your purchases and give you access to your downloads.
- To send order receipts and important account emails.
- To send the newsletter — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
03Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share what's needed with trusted services that help run the site — for example our payment provider, email service and hosting provider (Cloudflare). They're only allowed to use it to provide their service to us.
04Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies.
05How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Newsletter data is removed when you unsubscribe.
06Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for marketing emails. Just email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
